Thank you for shopping with H&K Crafts. Many of our products are handmade, personalised or made to order, so please allow time for your order to be created before dispatch.
Processing Times
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch.
During particularly busy periods or for larger/custom orders, processing may take slightly longer. If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you.
UK Standard Delivery – £4.99
Standard delivery is available throughout the UK. Once dispatched, delivery will normally take approximately 3–5 business days.
Standard delivery is FREE on orders of £50 or more.
UK Express Delivery – £6.99
Express delivery is available for customers who would like a faster delivery service. Once your order has been made and dispatched, the delivery service normally takes approximately 1–2 business days.
Please note that choosing Express Delivery does not reduce the time required to make or personalise your order.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Products
Many H&K Crafts products are created especially for you. Processing times apply before the order is handed to the delivery carrier.
Please ensure all names, photographs, wording, dates and other personalisation details supplied when ordering are correct.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather or busy seasonal periods.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact H&K Crafts as soon as possible with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the packaging and item so we can investigate.
